About me:
I am a bilingual speech and language pathologist, fluent in both English and Spanish. I am from Cidra, Puerto Rico and have been living in North Carolina since 2011. I obtained my master's degree from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 2016. I was a school based speech and language pathologist for seven years and decided to pursue my passion for serving children and their families by starting my own practice. I specialize in identifying communication disorders in bilingual children and determining if concerns are a true communication disorder or differences that are influenced by a child's first language. I also provide speech and language therapy in Spanish or English, depending on a child's native language and language background. I am also passionate about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and language disorders.
